Books Purchased Through Amazon

Many of the books featured on this website are sold through Amazon. When you click a product on our website, you may be redirected to Amazon to complete your purchase.

All orders placed through Amazon are subject to Amazon’s own Refund and Return Policies. Refund requests, returns, replacements, and customer support for these orders must be handled directly through Amazon.

We are unable to process refunds or returns for purchases made through Amazon.

Books Purchased Directly from Jaydee Media Books (South Africa)

From time to time, we may offer printed books for sale directly within South Africa.

As books are printed and supplied with care, we only accept returns under the following circumstances:

  • The book arrives damaged during shipping.

  • The incorrect book was supplied.

  • The book has a manufacturing or printing defect.

If your order qualifies, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Your name

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs showing the damage or defect

Once your claim has been reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

  • Books showing signs of misuse or damage after delivery

  • Digital products, eBooks, or downloadable content, except where required by applicable law

Shipping Costs

If a return is approved due to damage, manufacturing defects, or an error on our part, we will advise you of the return process and any applicable shipping arrangements.
