Growing up in South Africa, I’ve always been drawn to the ocean, its wildlife, and the mysteries hidden along our rugged coastline. From the crashing waves of the Cape Whale Coast to forgotten shipwrecks and fascinating local history, these landscapes continue to inspire every story I write.

As the founder of Jaydee Media Books, I write books that entertain, inspire, and transport readers into unforgettable worlds. My work spans two very different, yet equally meaningful, series.

The Elna Marais Mystery Series combines atmospheric suspense with South African history, hidden secrets, and compelling characters. Each novel uncovers another mystery waiting beneath the surface.

For younger readers, the Coastal Adventures Series introduces children to the remarkable marine life of South Africa through fun-filled adventures that celebrate friendship, courage, curiosity, and caring for our environment.

When I’m not writing, I work in digital media and marketing, helping businesses grow their online presence while continuing to create stories inspired by the people, places, and wildlife that make South Africa so extraordinary.
